Adrenal Failure Symptoms
As the pace of life gets more hectic, increasing numbers of Americans are struggling through each day, feeling tired and sick, but the real cause of their trouble goes on undiagnosed…
In general, the medial profession fails to recognize adrenal failure and the symptoms that lead up to it. Extreme cases (Addison’s disease and Cushing’s Disease) may be diagnosed, however there is no early detection for adrenal failure symptoms that can leave you live life at half speed.
Some medical professionals believe that a majority of the population suffers from adrenal failure symptoms to some degree.
What are some Adrenal Failure Indicators?:
A DIFFICULTY GETTING OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING:
Even after a full night’s sleep, many people find it extremely difficult to get out of bed and going in the morning.
LACK OF GENERAL ENERGY
Many people report just generally being unable to do the basic things of life, such as groceries, cleaning and getting to work, let alone exercising or even going for a walk.
GETTING SICK EASILY AND MORE OFTEN:
When you are suffering from adrenal fatigue, you are more likely to get sick easily and more often. Colds, Flus, infections and other sicknesses are caught more easily and often stay longer.
This is due to your cortisol levels being wrong and at the wrong times of the day. For instance normally your cortisol levels should be highest around 8am in the morning, then they should drop during the day until around 10-11pm they are at their lowest level.
However a person suffering adrenal fatigue normally experiences the reverse, low in the morning and high at night. This makes getting a good night difficult as although you are tired you don’t fall into a deep sleep.
DIFFICULT TO CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS:
A person with adrenal fatigue generally loses their normal levels of tolerance. As a result it can become quite easy to fly of the wheel and get angry or upset easily. Feeling overwhelmed is often reported. Other psychological difficulties include lack of clear thinking and poor short-term memory.
Many people are walking around chronically tired and fatigued. On top of that are getting frustrated that there are no clear answers. The good news is, adrenal failure and fatigue is something you can recover and heal from. It just takes a commitment to make huge lifestyle changes.
